Integrated Paving Concepts' Management Team is comprised of the following:

Clark G. Quintin

President and Chief Executive Officer

Clark Quintin joined Integrated Paving Concepts in March 2002 after an extensive business career and a track record of creating shareholder value. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Quintin served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution for Vancouver-based MacMillan Bloedel Ltd., a leading building materials company. Prior to that experience, Clark spent nearly 20 years with IBM in a variety of positions in Canada and the United States. In his last assignment, Clark attained the position of Vice President and General Manager for IBM in Western Canada from 1990 to 1994. Clark has served on boards of several private and public companies, and has been actively involved in the community. Mr. Quintin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Calgary.

James D. Arthurs

Senior Vice President, North American Operations

Jim Arthurs joined Integrated Paving Concepts in February 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Jim was Managing Director, Operations, for The Jim Pattison Group, one of Canada's largest privately-held companies, from 2002 through 2004. Previous positions included Sr. Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Alderwoods Group; Vice President, Residential and Industrial Operations for Trus Joist, A Weyerhaeuser Company; and General Manager, Building Materials Distribution for MacMillan Bloedel Limited. In addition, Jim spent 16 years with IBM in a wide range of sales and management positions. Mr. Arthurs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.

Janice C. Stasiuk

Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Janice Stasiuk joined Integrated Paving Concepts in February 2004 and brings over 10 years of senior financial, manufacturing and systems management experience to IPC. Most recently, Janice was Vice-President, Finance and Information Technology and Acting CFO for QLT Inc. a Vancouver based biotechnology firm traded on both Nasdaq and TSE. Prior to that, Janice was the senior financial officer with R.C. Purdy's Chocolates Ltd. and Kirkland & Rose Ltd., both private companies involved in the manufacture and distribution of food products based in Vancouver. Mrs. Stasiuk holds a Bachelor of Management with distinction from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant.

Scott R. Hind

Vice President, Market Development

Scott Hind has been involved with Integrated Paving Concepts since the company's origins in 1992. He experienced great success in creating the StreetPrint Licensed Applicators network in North America, which now totals more than 600 companies, as well as implementing an Independent Sales Agent program to assist in the market demand development for StreetPrint. Scott is responsible for the company's residential business in North America. Formerly, Scott was Director of Operations of the Raymond Group from 1990 to 1992. From 1984 to 1989 he was employed with Contour Blind & Shade (Canada) Ltd. attaining the position of Vice President. Mr. Hind holds a degree in Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Glen McCrady, P. Eng., MBA

Vice President, International Operations

Mr. McCrady joined Integrated Paving Concepts at its inception in 1992 and serves as Vice President, Services and International Sales. Glen is responsible for development of the company's services business and for all aspects of the company's business outside of North America, including the continuing expansion of StreetPrint Pavement Texturing into new markets around the world. Formerly, Glen served as an Operating Partner of Insulpro Industries from 1991 to 1992. From 1989 to 1990, he was President of Sterling Circuits Inc., a manufacturer of printed circuit boards for the electronics industry. From 1987 to 1989, Glen worked with Contour Blind & Shade (Canada) Ltd. leaving while in the position of National Franchise Manager. Mr. McCrady holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of BC.

Pat Wiley

Vice President, Product Development

Mr. Wiley joined Integrated Paving Concepts in January 2000. Since that time, Pat and his Research and Development team have completed the development of the revolutionary StreetHeat SR-60 Asphalt Reheater, StreetPrint DuraTherm for high traffic applications, StreetPrint LogoTherm, and new StreetBond SP150E and CemBase 150 coating systems. Prior to joining the Company, Pat spent 15 years developing, manufacturing and marketing hot in-place asphalt recycling equipment, in North America and internationally. Pat has also been the owner of a successful driveway and parking lot paving company.
